How can a big player within grocery retail take a stronger position on the market for meal solutions? We built a Last-mile e-commerce solution for a Swedish food retailer, enabling them to deliver customer orders within minutes.

Background

The client was experiencing a gap in their online offering due to changed consumer behavior and market competition. The purpose of the project was to develop a new digital product that strengthened the total online offering by meeting the spontaneous purchase online, all the way from strategy, concept development to prototyping, testing and successful launch of a service application.

A new digital service putting the client ahead of competition - Enabling people to order both food and groceries with home delivery in express speed.

Contributed to improved customer experience by offering an opportunity to order both food and groceries in one application.

An appreciated delivery application and digital platform for store management among store owners.
